Welcome to the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP)!

Attention TRICARE Overseas Beneficiaries: If you do not have an enrollment card, or if you are a beneficiary stationed overseas who wants to keep up with the latest information about your health care benefits, it is important that you update your family’s Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) record as soon as possible. Note to TRICARE Standard Beneficiaries Residing in the Philippines: Although the final notice for the TRICARE Demonstration Project for the Philippines was posted to the Federal Registrar on September 23, 2011, official modifications to the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) Contract and TRICARE Operations Manual (TOM) are currently underway. The Government, in conjunction with International SOS, will develop and implement a communication plan to inform and educate eligible beneficiaries at least 60 days before the demonstration commences, once an effective implementation date has been determined. |
