TRICARE Retired Reserve
Beginning on October 1, 2010, TRICARE Retired Reserve (TRR), a new premium-based
health plan available to qualified members of the Retired Reserve, will be available.

How do I enroll in TRR?
Eligible participants can complete an online enrollment form (beginning September
1, 2010) on the
Guard and Reserve Web Portal.
Once you have completed the online application and reviewed the eligibility requirements,
please print and sign the enrollment form and mail or fax it to the following International
SOS address along with your two-month premium payment:

How do I pay my premiums?
Payments are due no later than the last day of each month, and are applied to the
following month of coverage.
Failure to pay premiums by the date due will result in termination of coverage effective
the last day of the month last paid and a one-year purchase lock-out.
How do I submit a request for re-enrollment after involuntary disenrollment?
- Premium payments are only accepted by automatic payment via debit/credit card or
electronic funds transfer.
- You may be charged a fee of up to $20.00 for insufficient or unavailable funds.
Beneficiaries can submit a request for consideration to re-enroll in the TRICARE
Reserve Select or TRICARE Retired Reserve program if they are involuntarily disenrolled
due to delinquency of payment, late initial enrollment or late change due to qualifying
life event (QLE). Please complete a reconsideration request form and submit to International
SOS (instructions are included with form).
