IMPORTANT: With global mailing delays and the discontinuation of mailed check payments in some areas (effective August 21, 2026: France, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Mexico, Philippines, Portugal, Spain, and Thailand; effective October 30, 2026: Germany), electronic payment delivery ensures you receive payment quickly and securely. Beneficiaries can click here to sign up for direct deposit now by updating their preferences in the TOP Beneficiary Secure Claims Portal (sign in or create an account). Beneficiaries have two options to register on the Beneficiary Secure Claims Portal for online claims submission:
OPTION 1: DoD Self-Service Logon (DS Logon) Registration To use the DS Logon option to access the Beneficiary Secure Claims Portal, you must first register for a DS Logon. |
Registering for a DS Logon allows you to have access to multiple Department of Defense (DoD) websites and affiliated TRICARE websites with a single user name and password. A DS Logon (Level 2) account is required. |
OPTION 2: TRICARE-Overseas.com Registration |
Registering with TRICARE-Overseas.com, your user name and password will be unique to our website. Any other TRICARE website will require a separate user name and password. |
