{fontweight=500:IMPORTANT NOTICE: DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY}

Effective immediately, De La Salle University Medical Center in Dasmarinas (Cavite province) will require beneficiaries receiving catheterization laboratory services within its facility to pay the full amount upfront for these services and then submit a Patient's Request for Medical Payment (DD Form 2642) for TRICARE reimbursement.

{contentlink=/beneficiaries/philippines:Global 24 Network Services} will continue to work with De La Salle University Medical Center to resolve the issue and remove this payment requirement.

Phase 2 beneficiaries choosing to travel may access catheterization laboratory procedure services at several other TRICARE Preferred Providers in Metropolitan Manila. While beneficiaries will still pay applicable deductibles and cost-shares, these providers will file TRICARE claims for the remainder of their charges.

Please contact Global 24 Network Services if you need assistance finding a TRICARE Preferred Provider or Certified Provider and/or if you have any questions regarding this announcement.
