<h2>TRICARE PLUS</h2>
<p>TRICARE Plus is a primary care program offered at some military hospitals and clinics. Each hospital or clinic leader decides if TRICARE Plus is available.</p>
<h4>Who Qualifies for TRICARE Plus?</h4>
<ul>
<li>{fontsize=14:TRICARE-eligible and not enrolled in a TRICARE Prime Plan, the US Family Health Plan or a civilian or Medicare Health Maintenance Organization}</li>
<li>{fontsize=14:Active Duty Family Members (ADFMs), including spouses and dependents of Active Duty Service Members (ADSMs), including National Guard and Reserve members activated for more than 30 days on federal orders for a preplanned mission or in support of a contingency operation}</li>
<li>{fontsize=14:Retired service members and their family members, retired National Guard and Reserve members (at age 60) and their family members, Medal of Honor recipients and their family members, survivors, and eligible former spouses}</li>
<li>{fontsize=14:A dependent parent or parent-in-law}</li>
</ul>
<h4>How Does TRICARE Plus Work?</h4>
<p>There are four types of TRICARE Plus health plan options available overseas:</p>
<ul>
<li>TRICARE Plus – with Direct Care Only</li>
<li>TRICARE Plus – with TRICARE For Life</li>
<li>TRICARE Plus – with Active Duty Select</li>
<li>TRICARE Plus – with Retired Select</li>
</ul>
<p>TRICARE Plus gives you access to get primary care at your military hospital or clinic. You pay nothing out-of-pocket.</p>

<p>Make an appointment with your primary care provider by:</p>
<ul>

<p>TRICARE Plus doesn’t cover specialty care. Please note that depending on the type of TRICARE Plus health plan that you have, your specialty care may be covered by TRICARE Select or TRICARE For Life. <h4>What Do You Have to Pay For TRICARE Plus?</h4>
<p>You pay nothing out of pocket for primary care, however, specialty care is not covered and you are responsible for paying any medical fees incurred.</p>
<p>If you’re a dependent parent or parent-in-law, TRICARE won’t pay for care by civilian providers, even if the military hospital or clinic refers you for care. You’re responsible for the full cost of the care.</p>
<h4>How Do You Enroll?</h4>
<p>To enroll in TRICARE Plus or if you have enrollment questions, please contact your <a href="http://www.tricare.mil/mtf.aspx" target="_blank">local military hospital or clinic</a> or <a href="https://tricare-overseas.com/contact-us" target="_blank">contact</a> your TOP Regional Call Center (listen carefully to the prompts for the best option to serve you) to speak with the Beneficiary Support Center (BSC).</p>
