<p>TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas provides TRICARE Prime Overseas benefits to Active Duty Service Members (ADSMs) and their eligible family members residing with them in remote overseas locations. Enrollment is required, and there are no enrollment fees. TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas meets or exceeds the requirements for minimum essential coverage under the Affordable Care Act.</p>
<h4>Who Qualifies for TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas?</h4>

<li>Active duty service members</li>
<li>Command-sponsored active duty family members</li>
<li>Activated National Guard/Reserve members</li>
<li>Command-sponsored family members of activated National Guard/Reserve members</li>

<h4>How Do I Enroll?</h4>
<p>You must take action to enroll in TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas. See the following enrollment options below:</p>

<h4>How Does TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas Work?</h4>
<p>TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas beneficiaries receive most of their care from a Primary Care Manager (PCM). If no PCM is assigned, your TOP Regional Call Center will coordinate your care, locate providers, and schedule appointments (except for U.S. Embassy Health Unit visits).</p>
<p>Referrals and / or pre-authorizations are required for TRICARE-covered services. To request a referral and / or pre-authorization, contact your TOP Regional Call Center to coordinate care.</p>
<p>The TOP Point of Contact, or POC, Program is a liaison service that assists beneficiaries in remote overseas locations. POCs assist beneficiaries with TRICARE enrollment and with getting quality Purchased Care Sector Provider care. They also help beneficiaries file medical and dental claims. <h4>What Are My Costs with TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas?</h4>
<ul>
<li>There are no enrollment fees for TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas.</li>
<li>There are no copayments for any type of care as long as the care is received from your PCM or with a referral from International SOS.</li>
<li>Care received without a referral is subject to <a href="https://www.tricare.mil/Costs/POS" target="_blank">point-of-service fees</a> (this applies to Active Duty Family Members only).</li>
