<p>As part of the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP), all TOP Network Providers are required to submit a compliant TRICARE accepted Claim Form and send it along with an itemized invoice (for covered medical services) to ensure their claim is reimbursed. International SOS will support you by sending the needed TRICARE Case documents, including the pre-populated Claim Development Worksheet (CDW).</p>
<p>Claim Forms and Itemized Invoices are not required when submitting claims electronically through the Provider Online Secure Claims Portal. Using the Online Secure Claims Portal significantly reduces the amount of time it takes for a claim to be received by the TOP Claims Processor and therefore can result in faster payments. After submitting your claim electronically, it can be tracked immediately. <h4>TOP Claims Submission Methods</h4>
<p>Providers can choose from various methods to submit their TOP claims for reimbursement. The Provider Online Secure Claims Portal is the preferred method for submitting claims and allows for a quicker reimbursement. Alternatively, you may submit TOP claims via overseas fax or overseas mail. </p>
<p>When using these alternate methods, you must submit compliant TRICARE accepted Claim Forms and send this along with an Itemized Invoice (for covered medical services) to ensure the TOP claim is reimbursed. Invoices can be submitted in any language, and most currencies are accepted.</p>

<h4>{margintop=-15;marginbottom=-7:Timely Overseas Claims Filing}</h4>
<p>Claims for care received overseas {fontweight=500:must be filed within three years of the date of service or within three years of the date of an inpatient discharge.}</p>
<p>Claims for care received in the United States or U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) must be filed within one year of the date of service or the date of an inpatient discharge.</p>
<p>International SOS encourages providers to submit their TOP Claims and invoices within 1 year of the date of service, to ensure accurate and timely processing.</p>
