SECURE CLAIMS PORTAL LOGIN

During this time, you may not be able to log in to your secure claims portal account (please try again after the maintenance window). IMPORTANT: With global mailing delays and the discontinuation of mailed check payments in some areas (effective August 21, 2026: France, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Mexico, Philippines, Portugal, Spain, and Thailand; effective October 30, 2026: Germany), electronic payment delivery ensures you receive payment quickly and securely. Beneficiaries can click here to sign up for direct deposit now by updating their preferences in the TOP Beneficiary Secure Claims Portal (sign in or create an account). If you have any questions or require assistance, contact your TOP Regional Call Center.
** NOTICE: ** If you have a TRICARE-Overseas.com User Name and Password, please use that as the preferred option for logging in to the TOP Beneficiary Secure Claims Portal, rather than your myAuth account. If you do not have a TRICARE-Overseas.com User Name and Password and experience any issues with myAuth, please contact the TOP Regional Call Center and press Option #2 to speak with a member of the Beneficiary Support Center for Claims Assistance.
Starting the week of August 24, when you login to TRICARE Overseas Portal, if you are a current DS Logon user, you will be prompted to Create myAuth Account.
How will it work? To create your myAuth account, you will use your existing DS Logon account. Do not worry! The system will walk you through creating a DS Logon account if you do not have it.
During Setup: Download the Okta Verify application on your smart phone, where you can set up password less authentication for a more secure and seamless sign-in experience.
Optional CAC Login: Once you have myAuth set up, you will also have the option to use your Common Access Card (CAC) to log in if desired

DoD, DMDC, and myAuth will NEVER:
- Call you to ask you to respond to a text or for your password.
- Contact you to take control of your computer.
